Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 9:43 PM ET) -- Production executive William Frazee on Thursday sued former employer Ascent Media Group LLC for allegedly misleading him on the terms of his contract extension and forcing him to quit by making work conditions "intolerable."
In his complaint, filed in California state court, Frazee claimed Ascent induced him to sign a six-year contract extension in 2008 by making misleading statements about the scope of the responsibilities for his position heading commercial sales efforts for all Ascent entities.
