Law360, New York (October 28, 2011, 5:58 PM ET) -- Mortgage lenders MetLife Bank NA and Evergreen Moneysource Mortgage Co. on Friday ended their dispute over allegations that Evergreen poached managers and other personnel from MetLife in violation of the workers' employment agreements.
A Nevada federal judge signed off on a stipulation of dismissal that resolved allegations that Evergreen conspired with MetLife managers to induce a “mass exodus” of MetLife employees from the lender's two Las Vegas offices.
