Law360, New York (November 03, 2011, 5:20 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Thursday ordered the man suing Facebook Inc. founder Mark Zuckerburg for half-ownership of the company to return to the U.S. to conduct a search for electronic documents that attorneys believe may contain evidence regarding the parties' alleged 2003 agreement.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Leslie Foschio also authorized Facebook to issue a subpoena to obtain information surrounding Paul Ceglia's Adelphia email account, to question his experts and to obtain from them documents that Ceglia has allegedly withheld.
