Law360, New York (November 09, 2011, 6:35 PM ET) -- Sodexo Management Inc. and a unit of Swiss Reinsurance Co. Ltd. settled a suit Wednesday in Massachusetts federal court over the insurer's refusal to cover approximately $2.2 million of a contract dispute settlement Sodexo paid to a New York hospital.
U.S. District Judge William G. Young dismissed the suit without cost or prejudice and ordered that the case be reopened within 30 days if the settlement were not consummated. Details of the settlement were not immediately available.
