Circuit Upholds $6.1M Award Over Licensing Dispute

Law360, New York (July 13, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- An appellate court has let stand a $6.1 million arbitration award granted to DataQuick Information Systems Inc. in a dispute over a licensing agreement for real estate lending software.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit on Thursday affirmed a district court decision which denied Three S Delaware Inc.'s motion to vacate the 2005 arbitration award.
