Law360, Washington (February 28, 2012, 6:37 PM ET) -- Orbit One Communications LLC and Numerex Solutions LLC hit Morey Corp. with a $10 million suit in Georgia federal court Tuesday alleging it supplied defective component parts for GPS wireless tracking devices, in breach of a business services agreement.
Morey failed to comply with its obligations under the agreement to make the GPS-equipped tracking device called the OrbitTrax-SX1 by neglecting to make sure the component parts it acquired for the devices were reliable, among other failures, according to Orbit One and Numerex.
