Shell Wins Block Of Greenpeace Efforts To Stop Drill Rig

Law360, New York (March 01, 2012, 8:46 PM ET) -- Shell Oil Co. won a temporary restraining order Thursday blocking Greenpeace Inc. activists from barricading or occupying its Arctic-bound drilling ship, in a suit alleging the protesters — including actress Lucy Lawless — threatened its contracts and endangered lives.
