Bank Group Says Government Portfolio Owes $96.5M Loan

Law360, New York (March 02, 2012, 5:54 PM ET) -- U.S. Bank NA is seeking to recover a $96.5 million commercial real estate loan secured by a portfolio of 38 state and federal government properties that has matured but has not been repaid, according to a suit filed Wednesday in New York federal court.
