Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 9:42 PM ET) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that law firm Peckar & Abramson PC should be disqualified from participating in a light-rail project dispute, siding with two New Jersey contractors whose motion was denied by an appellate court and ruling that the firm previously had represented the contractors in the same legal dispute.
