McGraw-Hill Says Foreign Royalties Suit Condemns Itself

Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 1:37 PM ET) -- The McGraw-Hill Cos. Inc. on Tuesday moved to toss a putative breach of contract class action accusing the publisher of shortchanging authors on royalties for books sold in foreign countries, arguing the authors’ own allegations show McGraw-Hill complied with its contracts.
