Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 3:10 PM ET) -- Halliburton Energy Services Inc. on Tuesday sued one of its former employees and Phoenix Technology Services USA, claiming the oil- and gas-drilling rival poached its workforce in Oklahoma and Texas in an effort to obtain its confidential information.
In a complaint filed in Texas state court, Halliburton claimed Phoenix "systematically raided" its offices in the two states as part of its own bid to expand in those markets and accused its former employee Tim Owens of attempting to send one of Halliburton’s largest clients to Phoenix....
