Ex-Deutsche Exec Pushes 2nd Circ. To Revive Bonus Suit

Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 6:57 PM ET) -- A former top executive with Deutsche Bank AG's Latin American group on Tuesday asked the Second Circuit to reopen his employment contract-related suit against the bank, saying it breached a deal to pay him a large bonus after he defected from a rival.

Andres Rojo claims that Deutsche owes him $400,000 for allegedly tricking him into giving up money he was promised after he joined Deutsche with a team from JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s private bank in Argentina.
