Western Energy Wants Atty Ousted From Oil Field Fight

Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 9:45 PM ET) -- Western Energy Group LLC will ask a Texas state judge on Friday to disqualify an attorney for investors that claim the oil field developer failed to operate wells capable of producing $40 million in oil, arguing the lawyer is not authorized to sue.
