Ex-CFO Can't Mute Lauder Heir's Defenses, Judge Says

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 5:03 PM ET) -- A New York state judge refused Tuesday to knock out defenses cited by Ronald Lauder, one of the world's richest men and son of cosmetics legend Estee Lauder, to an ex-employee's allegations that Lauder owes him a $6 million severance package.
