Boies Schiller's $5M Real Estate Win Upheld By NY Court

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 6:27 PM ET) -- A New York state appeals court ruled Thursday that Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP can keep a $5 million arbitration award it won in a dispute over the sale of a developer's stake in Las Vegas' Forum Shops mall.
