Southern Union Unit Seeks To Enforce Gas Delivery Deal

Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 8:49 PM ET) -- A unit of Southern Union Co. is set to ask a Texas state judge next Monday to find that an oil and gas marketing company improperly terminated a 15-year contract to deliver massive daily quantities of natural gas through the pipeline operator's lines.
