Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 4:49 PM ET) -- The producer of an NBC Sports outdoor-themed reality show on last week sued a former contestant and consultant in Texas state court, saying she drove away a sponsor and violated her contract by bad-mouthing the show, and is improperly using the show’s trademarks.
