Apple Says Motorola Must License Standards Patents

Law360, New York (July 5, 2012, 3:22 PM ET) -- Apple Inc.'s antitrust and contract claims against Motorola Mobility Inc. over its refusal to license its standard-essential patents are supported by both a recent Illinois federal court ruling and the Federal Trade Commission, Apple told a Wisconsin court on Tuesday.
