Allergan Defeats Calif. Doctor's $4M Fraud Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 06, 2012, 3:31 PM ET) -- A California state judge on Friday tossed a $4 million lawsuit alleging Allergan USA Inc. knowingly sold the prescription facial cream Prevage to a beauty products retailer using a physician's forged medical license, saying the physician couldn't show he was harmed by the alleged transactions.
