Foley Lardner Malpractice Win Upheld In Ill. Appeals Court

Law360, Los Angeles (July 19, 2012, 9:40 PM ET) -- An Illinois appeals court has affirmed the dismissal of a malpractice suit against Foley and Lardner, which was accused of breaching its duty to the investment bank Blue Water Partners by setting up a rival brokerage firm, ruling the complaint was time-barred.
