Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 3:26 PM ET) -- RBS Citizens NA and its CCO Investment Services Corp. unit sued Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network LLC and two former CCO financial consultants Thursday in Connecticut federal court over an alleged trade secret theft and breach of contract.
Citizens and CCO said that Jayme Lemaire and Jamie Nowakowski, who were recently recruited to join Wells Fargo as financial advisers, violated the confidentiality and noncompete terms of their CCO contracts by taking protected information like client lists and account numbers with them to their new jobs....
