Judge Dumps Bulk Of Match.com Users' Deception Suit

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 8:39 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Friday tossed most of a putative class action alleging Match.com tricked customers into signing up for its services by falsely claiming it had millions of active subscribers, finding that the site's user agreements did not require it to remove unused or fraudulent profiles.
