Law360, Houston (August 16, 2012, 8:49 PM ET) -- An oilfield services company on Monday hit two former employees with a suit in Texas court, alleging that they stole confidential company information and have gone into business for themselves as a direct competitor, violating their employment agreements.
Select Energy Services LLC claims that Christopher P. Bruegger and Eva Morton took employee rosters, client lists and financial data from the company, and intend to solicit Select Energy’s clients to support their new venture.
