Philly Casino Owners Spar Over $142M Expansion

Law360, Wilmington (August 16, 2012, 10:24 PM ET) -- Local investors in Philadelphia's SugarHouse Casino squared off in Delaware court Thursday against majority owners led by Chicago billionaire Neil G. Bluhm seeking to block a planned $142 million expansion of the gaming complex.
