NJ Pipeline Supply Co. Co-Owner Cops To Con Ed Bribes

Law360, New York (August 17, 2012, 1:10 PM ET) -- Federal prosecutors on Wednesday recommended up to six-and-a-half years in prison and a fine of as much as $2.8 million for the co-owner of a New Jersey pipeline supplier who pled guilty to bribing a New York electric utility employee for multimillion-dollar industrial pipeline contracts.
