MSR Judge Pegs Hilton Damages At $124M

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 9:22 PM ET) -- The New York bankruptcy judge overseeing MSR Resort Golf Course LLC's dispute with Hilton Worldwide Inc. over damages associated with the cancellation of property management contracts at three hotels on Thursday clarified an earlier order delineating the damages, putting the total at around $123.8 million.
