NY Court Flips Privilege Ruling In $50M Hedge Fund Pay Suit

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 7:15 PM ET) -- A report detailing files held by one of two former Touradji Capital Management LP portfolio managers who filed a $50 million compensation suit against the New York City hedge fund is not privileged information, a state appeals court ruled Tuesday, reversing the trial court.
