Calif. Court Nixes Kudrow Win In 'Friends' Contract Suit

Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 8:02 PM ET) -- An expert witness needn't provide specifics concerning his experiences to establish his authority, a California state appellate court ruled on Wednesday, reviving contract allegations leveled by Lisa Kudrow's former manager that he is owed a cut of her profits from her work on “Friends.”
