Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 8:45 PM ET) -- The Sixth Circuit ruled Wednesday that members of the United Steelworkers who retired from the packaging company Menasha Corp., as well as the retirees' spouses, deserved full, lifetime health care coverage under bargaining agreements struck during the 1990s.
