Tribe Contests Grand Canyon Skywalk Developer's $29M Award

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 11:38 PM ET) -- An arbitrator has awarded the developer of a glass walkway looking over the Grand Canyon $28.6 million in a dispute over the walkway's seizure by a Native American tribe, but the tribe claims the award is unenforceable because the tribal nation did not waive sovereign immunity.
