Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 5:43 PM ET) -- The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission is proposing to exempt certain transactions by regional transmission organizations and independent system operators from some Commodity Exchange Act provisions, according to a Federal Register notice scheduled to be published Tuesday.
