Victoria's Secret Hit With $15M Suit Over Knockoff Hosiery

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 6:20 PM ET) -- Victoria's Secret Stores Inc. hosiery supplier Zephyrs has hit the lingerie retailer with a $15 million lawsuit in Ohio federal court accusing the company of selling knockoff stockings while using misleading pictures of Zephyrs' higher-quality products, violating their supply contract and federal false advertising laws.
