Video Game Developer's Noncompete Is Null: Calif. Court

Law360, San Diego (August 27, 2012, 10:31 PM ET) -- A California appeals court on Friday sided against Fillpoint LLC in a suit accusing a video game developer of breaching a noncompete covenant in an employment agreement, holding that the covenant was void and unenforceable under state law.
