Law360, Wilmington (August 30, 2012, 10:54 PM ET) -- A Delaware Chancery Court judge decided Thursday to finally settle the ownership of Trans-Resource Inc.'s securities — an issue which had resurfaced after the state's high court reversed part of a previous decision — denying a dismissal motion brought by the fertilizer company's founder.
The ownership question had seemingly been settled until the Delaware Supreme Court overruled a portion of the lower court's decision on jurisdictional grounds, and the minority investors brought an action designed to correct those flaws.
