Biotech Co. Says BP Unit Conducted Negligent Enzyme Work

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 4:38 PM ET) -- Biotech company Verenium Corp. accused a BP PLC unit in New York state court Thursday of failing to properly perform certain enzyme production services under a $1.8 million agreement between the companies, threatening the viability of a new Verenium product.
