Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 9:43 PM ET) -- New Jersey medical device manufacturer ADM Tronics Unlimited Inc. has sued Florida-based Wellington Scientific LLC in an attempt to escape a foundered manufacturing and sales agreement over a urinary volume and flow device, claiming Wellington has already broken the deal.
