Fed. Circ. Awards Fees For Gov't Contract Claim Negotiation

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 6:49 PM ET) -- Companies with federal contracts can recover negotiation costs and attorneys' fees incurred when the government changes the scope of its work, according to a precedential Federal Circuit ruling Wednesday in a case brought by a contractor hired to repair air conditioning at a Virgin Islands Post Office.
