Law360, New York (September 24, 2012, 10:46 PM ET) -- Tech company Fuhu Inc. brought a trade secrets and trademark infringement action against Toys R Us Inc. in California federal court Monday, arguing Toys R Us ripped off its Nabi tablet computer design in order to sell its own competing Tabeo tablet.
