Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 11:55 PM ET) -- Former Texas Rangers owner Tom Hicks has settled a $14.5 million suit by an Ohio real estate developer over the beleaguered development of the Glorypark Town Center project around the Rangers ballpark in Arlington.
The terms of the settlement were confidential, Darrell Adkerson of Adkerson Hauder & Bezney PC, an attorney for Steiner & Associates Inc., confirmed to Law360 Wednesday. The settlement was reached over the course of the last two months and signed earlier in September, Adkerson said.
