Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 4:26 PM ET) -- Defying the recommendation of a magistrate judge, a Colorado federal judge on Thursday granted limited class certification to the owners of surface rights on tracts of land where they say Anadarko Petroleum Corp. flouted agreements and used inefficient drilling techniques.
