Dish Betrayed Cablevision In $2.4B High-Def Deal, Jury Told

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 7:49 PM ET) -- Dish Network Corp. cynically abandoned a 15-year high-definition television programming deal with Cablevision System Corp. and covered up its nefarious motives by destroying emails, a Cablevision attorney told a New York state jury during opening arguments in the $2.4 billion case Friday.
