Odds Even In Feud Over Philly Casino Expansion, Judge Says

Law360, Wilmington (October 04, 2012, 7:44 PM ET) -- Trial concluded on Thursday in a dispute between local investors in Philadelphia’s SugarHouse Casino and majority owners led by Chicago billionaire Neil G. Bluhm over a $142 million expansion of the facility, with a Delaware judge cautioning that his decision is still up in the air.
