Merrill Lynch Ducks Racketeering Claims Over Film Deal

Law360, New York (October 05, 2012, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday tossed racketeering claims against Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc. over its alleged role in a scheme involving a failed film financing contract, in light of a previously concluded case over the same deal.
