Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 7:33 PM ET) -- The owner of a Manhattan mansion once owned by the founder of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and now known as Lehman Art House lodged a lawsuit in state court Wednesday seeking at least $49 million in damages from a contracting company for allegedly botching the mansion's renovation and submitting fraudulent insurance invoices.
