Atty Sues Stephen King's Agent Over Firing, Commissions

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 6:19 PM ET) -- Best-selling author Stephen King's former lawyer lodged a suit against the writer's literary agent in New York state court on Thursday, accusing the agent of convincing King to fire him and then unlawfully retaining commissions owed to the attorney.
