Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 4:17 PM ET) -- A US Airways Inc. pilots' union may go ahead with a controversial seniority system arising from the airline's recent merger with America West Airlines Inc., but the proposal cannot be fully appraised until a new collective bargaining agreement is finalized, an Arizona federal judge ruled Thursday.
