9th Circ. Tosses Antitrust Suit Over EBay's User Agreement

Law360, San Diego (October 16, 2012, 10:36 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday upheld the dismissal of a former eBay Inc. seller's antitrust suit that went all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court alleging the online auction company violated its user agreement by failing to help him with a customer dispute.
