Law360, New York (October 17, 2012, 8:44 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday granted a protective order to Facebook Inc. against several discovery requests by the man who claims Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg signed a contract giving him a 50 percent stake in the company.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Leslie G. Foschio ruled that all of Paul Ceglia's document requests and many of his interrogatories are beyond the scope of authorized discovery and not relevant to the alleged contract at issue.
