Law360, Los Angeles (February 05, 2013, 3:44 PM ET) -- There is “undisputed evidence” that director James Cameron independently created the blockbuster film "Avatar," according to a California federal judge, who on Thursday threw out a breach of contract suit by a man claiming his ideas were stolen to create the film.
