9th Circ. Skeptical About Tossing 'Gangland' Unmasking Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 06, 2013, 8:17 PM ET) -- The producers of the History Channel crime series "Gangland" urged the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday to toss a former gang member's privacy suit under a California free speech law, but the appellate panel suggested the plaintiff has a meritorious claim over the show's disclosure of his identity.
